Qualifications: Individuals must be employed at one of the Top 10 Companies with the highest number of employees (job growth) in Lafayette Parish. (provided by LEDA http://www.lafayette.org/site83.php)

Resident Referral Credit

Qualifications: The Individual must be a current Lafayette Gardens Resident.  Ability to receive a $350 Rent Credit for each prospect you refer who leases with Lafayette Gardens. Rent Credit is applied when the Resident’s referral moves in. The Resident you referred receives the discount while you receive the rent credit.
